I had one almost exactly like it back in the 1990s, but mine was not as detailed. This necklace is vintage deadstock, unworn, and still has its original chain tag that says Genuine Austrian Crystal. It features a rustic silver tone (possibly pewter) hand holding an iridescent crystal ball. The way the crystal changes colors and shines in different light is my favorite, and check out the detail on the back of the hand! It is wearing rings and bracelets! It comes on a very bright, shiny silver tone chain that measures about 24" long and has a spring ring clasp. The pendant measures about 1.5" long x 0.75" wide.
