These plastic bell-shaped barrettes are vintage dead stock and have never been worn. A few of them have some slight scuffs in the paint (see picture) from being stored for decades, that aren't very noticeable. I actually didn't notice any marks on the one I photographed until I looked at the photo in high resolution! They are in excellent vintage shape.
