Adorable vintage Sarah Coventry ring from 1980 called "Tricia". It has 6 reddish purple crystal rhinestones in a heart-shaped setting. Non-adjustable, and measures about a size 10 (U.S.). Stamped "SC" and still has its original tag stating 18 Kt. HGE (18Kt Gold Plated).
